Wayne Local Schools is hiring an experienced and dynamic producer/editor to join our team as Branded Content Creator, supporting our many projects on broadcast TV, OTT, digital platforms, YouTube and our social channels. Your responsibilities:- Design and create unique and engaging digital content for social media, email campaigns, and web- Collaborate with other members of the marketing and product strategy team to understand and support company strategy, positioning, and messagingWrite, create, edit, and proofread blog posts, newsletters, and content for website (CSS knowledge a plus)- Support internal customers by creating digital and print collateral while maintaining designated brand standards- Deliver content in a variety of forms and mediums with very quick turnaround times- Review, proof, and edit communication materials for presentations to ensure accuracy and consistency of message and voice- Build, maintain, and execute a content calendar in alignment with marketing strategy- Create an execution plan outlining workflow (creation, reviews, and approvals) Skills: - 1-3 year(s) practical experience editing videos for social media- Must have experience managing day-to-day production tasks and understands the production process of social video- Effective organizational and project management skills with the ability to set goals and prioritize initiatives in order to deliver on deadlines- Able to track, record, and report digital media trends and data- Must be both creative but also organized and practical enough to make things happen- Experience in brand partnerships is a plus
