Duties
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf and vibrant gardens
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like pruning, digging, aerating, and general landscape maintenance
- Conduct routine landscape upkeep including weed control, mulching, and seasonal snow plowing when necessary
- Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and basic mechanical troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
Skills
- Experience in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation is highly desirable
- Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and wheelbarrows efficiently
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in landscaping and tree care
