Overview
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated General Laborer and/or Plaster Worker to join our construction team. This role involves hands-on work across various aspects of construction, renovation, and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in masonry, plastering, and related trades, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency on the job site. Duties
- Perform plastering tasks including stucco application
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with demolition, site cleanup, material handling, and preparation for construction phases.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Skills
- Knowledge of masonry techniques including stucco.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
