What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician (Prior Experience Preferred) position at Wayne Drug?
We are looking for a responsible individual to organize medications for pharmacist to dispense by reading medication orders and prescriptions. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Preparation of medications for patients.
· Pricing and filling of prescriptions
· Preparing labels, calculating quantities and promptly assisting our customers with any of their needs.
· Stocking and pricing of medications in inventory
· Obtaining pharmacist’s approval
· Maintaining pharmacy’s (and its patients as well as employees) safety by adhering to procedures, policies and regulations
· Inform customers about new products and services
· Complete logs and reports

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
