Who We’re Looking For
This role is for an experienced, well-rounded technician with strong diagnostic ability and confidence working on a variety of vehicles and systems. You don’t need to know everything—but you need to know how to figure anything out.
You should be comfortable taking on jobs others can’t, won’t, or don’t want to touch.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Work on a wide range of vehicles (domestic & import)
- Perform advanced repairs including:
- Engine and drivability diagnostics
- Suspension & steering
- Brake systems
- Electrical troubleshooting
- HVAC systems
- Transmission & drivetrain work (experience preferred)
- Accurately document findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors
- Take ownership of your work and stand behind your repairs
Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with a broad range of vehicle systems
- ASE certifications are a plus (not required if skills are proven)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
