SALARY : Appropriate step on the Non-Bargaining Unit Salary Schedule
REPORTS TO : Mary A. Worman, Treasurer
WORK WEEK/YEAR : Part-time, up to 29 ½ hours per week with schedule to be mutually determined.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or proof of education.
- BCI and FBI criminal records results less than one-year old must be submitted prior to initial employment and as required thereafter.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain accurate and complete records.
- Experience in accounts receivable, inventory, vendor records, and public records retention.
- Work well in collaboration with others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills.
- Experience working in a Treasurer’s office in a public school district preferred but not required.
