Salary Grade: Associate

Location: Corporate Office

Duties: Responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the Bank's training and development programs. Coordinates training schedules, maintains employee training records, administers the learning management system (LMS), and assists with onboarding and orientation activities. Tracks completion of required compliance, regulatory, and professional development training and follows up with employees and managers to ensure timely completion. Prepares training materials, communications, reports, and program documentation. Coordinates logistics for training events, workshops, and meetings, including scheduling, technology, facilities, and participant communications. Assists with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs and employee development initiatives. Supports the Corporate Training Officer in promoting a culture of continuous learning and ensuring employees have access to the tools and resources necessary for professional growth and organizational success. Travel throughout the Bank's footprint is required to support training delivery, employee development initiatives, onboarding activities, and other training-related programs.

Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, learning management systems, and training technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Experience: One to three years of administrative, training, human resources, banking, or related experience preferred. Experience coordinating training programs, maintaining records, or supporting employee development initiatives is beneficial.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
