What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floating Personal Banker position at Wayne Bank?
Duties: Represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner. Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate services to customers. Expands customer base through technical knowledge of retail services, products and selling techniques. Opens a variety of business and consumer deposit accounts after determining the customer’s needs. Performs Teller job functions such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, stop payments, cashier’s checks and money orders and processing account holds. Resolves a variety of customer complaints and inquiries and maintains contact with customer through telephone or written communication as required. Will be responsible for traveling to all Community Offices in designated service area as needed.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge required.
Experience: Prior sales, customer service and cash handling experience required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
