Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Center Representative located in Lake Worth, FL. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, maintain high customer satisfaction, and promote vehicle sales and services. Additional responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, following up with potential customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless support.
