Automotive Showroom Receptionist

JOB SUMMARY: Wayne Akers Ford is seeking an Automotive Showroom Receptionist to join our growing team! We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guest and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate the front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, a receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guest positively, and executes all administrative task to the highest quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Ensure reception and showroom area is tidy
• Clerical support

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Computer Proficiency
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Bilingual preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Pass a criminal background and drug test
• Be authorized to work in the United States
