In this hybrid role, you will report to our Head of Business & Operations Recruiting.

You Will

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process - from sourcing through close - creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience for each and every candidate.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform and evolve our hiring strategy.
• Utilize data and insights to influence hiring strategy - including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
• Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and tooling.
• Experience with Greenhouse.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  
  

You Have

• 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the role location or, if the role can be performed remote, the specific salary range for your preferred location, during the hiring process.

Waymo employees are also eligible to participate in Waymo’s discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.

Salary Range

$168,000—$207,000 USD
