You Will
- Analyze data, insights and trends along the customer journey
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Lead strategy and operations projects to solve problems, build capabilities, and enable scale
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other teams
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Program management expertise
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally manage stakeholders
- Experience in consulting
- Experience within an operations or strategy org at a tech company
- Experience with global contact centers
