The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, along with experience handling a broad range of litigation responsibilities, including:
- Managing cases from inception through resolution
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing and responding to written discovery
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Appearing in court and attending hearings
- Effectively communicating with clients, insurance representatives, and opposing counsel
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating as part of a collegial team.
