Role Description

We are connecting with licensed life insurance agents who want to build an independent business with purpose, supported by a team that values education, integrity, and service.

This is a business opportunity, not a job or salaried employment position. Participants build and manage their own client relationships within an independent, commission-based business model. Earnings depend on production and are not guaranteed.

Business activities include identifying prospective clients, understanding their protection goals, explaining available insurance options, supporting applications, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

You will have access to direct leadership, mentorship, and training focused on client conversations, insurance knowledge, business development, and leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license in the state or states where you conduct business

• Interest in building and managing an independent business

• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills

• Commitment to ethical practices and client-focused service

• Self-motivation, organization, and consistent follow-through

• Willingness to learn, receive mentorship, and participate in ongoing training

• Ability to meet applicable contracting, appointment, and compliance requirements

• Prior insurance, sales, or customer service experience is welcome
