Executive Assistant (Administrative Support) - Part-Time
We are seeking a highly organized and capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help streamline daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with a variety of digital tools, enjoys taking ownership of tasks, and can keep multiple priorities moving forward with minimal oversight. This is a part-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO’s inbox, communications, and calendar
- Track projects, including hours worked and task completion across ongoing efforts
- Assist with payroll support and ensure accurate time tracking
- Prepare and send invoices
- Collect, organize, and maintain receipts and documentation for accounting
- Draft, format, and finalize client-facing documents and proposals
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and suppliers (email, updates, coordination)
- Order office supplies, equipment, and manage basic operational needs
- Run business and personal errands and handle administrative logistics
- Proactively identify and take on tasks to offload work from the CEO
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and confidence working across common business software (spreadsheets, documents, email platforms)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Professional, reliable, and responsive
Preferred
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Zoho, Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar)
- Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting processes
- Experience supporting executives or small business operations
- Associate's degree or higher

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys bringing order to fast-moving environments and keeping things running efficiently.
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Alma, Arkansas. The position is expected to average 20 hours per week, spread over 4–5 weekdays. On-site hours are flexible but must fall within our normal operating hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
