- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients safely.
- Support the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas, including floors, workstations, and storage spaces.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of large pots or crates and proper manual handling of kitchen items.
- Maintain cleanliness standards during busy service periods by bussing tables and clearing dishware promptly.
- Follow food safety management protocols to uphold hygiene standards across all kitchen operations.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
