What are the responsibilities and job description for the Football Varsity Coordinator position at Wayland Union Schools?

Qualifications:
- Knowledge and ability to teach technique and strategy involved with football
- Proven ability to enhance player skill development
- Basic first aid skills, and concussion training
- Prior high school and/or college football experience preferred
- Familiarity with rules and policies of MHSSA and the Wayland Union Board of Education
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support the varsity coach in teaching football technique and strategy
- Communicate effectively with the various football stakeholders
- Represent Wayland Union Schools in a positive manner with all stakeholders
- Supervise and coordinate specific position coaches
- Prior coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Design and implement a comprehensive offensive or defensive system tailored to the current roster's talent level.
Terms of Employment: WUEA Schedule B position, seasonal position only.
Will be employed through EduStaff unless current WUEA member
