Be part of a team that makes a difference to our business The Service Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and managing service offerings that complement the company’s product portfolio. This role ensures that services deliver measurable value to customers, align with product strategy, and drive profitability and customer satisfaction. As a Service Product Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining the service product roadmap aligned with overall product strategy. Identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to shape service solutions. Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of service products, from concept to retirement. Ensuring readiness for deployment and adherence to quality standards. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Sales teams to design and implement service offerings. Participating in business performance reviews and customer Service Quality Meetings (SQM). Forecasting resource requirements, and optimize cost structures. Tracking KPIs and customer satisfaction scores. Acting as the voice of the customer for service-related needs. Supporting sales and marketing teams with service positioning and value propositions. Ensuring all activities comply with HSE fundamentals, company standards, and contractual obligations. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and manage incident reporting processes. Have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Show analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements. Have familiarity with digital tools for job cycle management and service quality monitoring.
