The hourly rate listed above is the fixed starting rate for this position and applies to all new hires. Although system displays may show a general pay range, this starting rate is non-negotiable. Future pay increases are determined by performance, tenure, and applicable company compensation policies.

- Outlet – Sales Associate
- Outlet – Retail Receiving Associate
Event Details
- Dates: Monday, November 2 – Friday, November 6
- Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET
- Location: Wayfair Outlet Store, 2341 NJ-66, Ocean Township, NJ 07712
- Sales Associate
- Overview: Act as a brand ambassador delivering best-in-class customer experiences, greeting shoppers, handling cash wrap/POS tablet transactions, replenishing displays, and assisting with store launch and merchandising efforts.
- Requirements: Customer service experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome!), strong communication skills, and the ability to comfortably lift and move up to 50 lbs independently.
- Retail Receiving Associate
- Overview: Manage inventory operations, monitor stock levels, lead product processing and furniture assembly, maintain visual/safety backroom standards, and assist with customer order pick-ups and vehicle load-outs.
- Requirements: 1 years of stock/receiving experience required (retail experience preferred), team collaboration skills, basic technical proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently.
- Compensation: $18.25/hour
