This position is a contract role that requires working full-time and standard business hours, Monday-Friday. On-site at least 2 days a week (to be determined by business needs).

What You’ll Do
- Perform administrative tasks throughout the recruiting and candidate life-cycle
- Support onsite hiring events
- Collaborate with a variety of Recruiters to support Wayfair’s aggressive hiring goals and quick timelines
- Ensure timely and accurate creation and submission of job offer letters and job requisitions
- Participate in projects enhancing the recruiting process, and hiring manager and candidate experience
- Maintain data integrity throughout the recruitment technology stack to promote accuracy of records and metrics
- Ensure a positive, well-rounded candidate experience by partnering with Recruiters on candidate follow up via phone, email and text message communication
- Research, plan, coordinate, and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, community partnerships, training programs and hiring events as need
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in recruiting, human resources and/or a support role
- Ability to be flexible and provide a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
- Self-motivation and accountability to take initiative and capitalize on opportunities in an ever-changing environment
- An acute eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent ability to multitask
- A sense of urgency to deliver results for the business while working as part of a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer based data entry and word processing; ability to learn and use multiple software applications
- Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and to work collaboratively
