Marketing Associates attract, grow, and retain Wayfair’s customer base through innovative marketing strategies. As an Associate, you’ll develop and execute strategies that generate competitive advantages for Wayfair, and the results of your findings will improve the end-to-end supplier and customer experience. Onsite Marketing Associate, Joss & Main
As the Onsite Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of our onsite marketing strategy for editorial campaigns, promotions, and brand priority messages each season. You will be responsible for overall homepage health by monitoring daily page performance, and using this data to make recommendations for how we can improve our onsite content and messaging strategy. This is a cross-functional role with frequent exposure to key stakeholders across Creative, Content, Email, Storefront, Promotions, and Merchandising. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strengths in critical thinking and tactical execution.
Content & Editorial Marketing Associate
The Content & Editorial Marketing Associate plays a critical role in executing programs that drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and product visibility, key KPIs across Perigold’s content and partnership ecosystem. In partnership with the Content and Social teams, you will help support and drive work with designers, select influencers, and media partners to execute editorial & partnership initiatives across site, social, and owned channels. This is a cross-functional role with frequent exposure to key stakeholders across Creative, Email, Category Management, Physical Retail, and Promotions.
You’ll have a front-row seat to how a luxury marketplace builds credibility, community, and scale while gaining hands-on experience in content creation, partnerships, and program execution that drive key KPIs tied to awareness, reach, engagement, and performance.
What You’ll Need:
Basic Qualifications:
1-3 years of professional transferrable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience
You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future

Strong verbal and written skills including distilling data into compelling, insight-led presentations
Superb project management skills including the ability to work on multiple projects at once
Balance strong analytical skills with effective communication
Critical thinking, including the ability to break down complex ideas and generate insights and solutions or strategically build a story from large data sets
A deep understanding of and curiosity about consumer behavior and trends
Collaborative attitude that thrives as part of a team
High attention to detail and proven ability to consider multiple priorities simultaneously
An ownership mindset with the ability to streamline processes and thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a “get stuff done” attitude
Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement and learning, working through ambiguity in an evolving organization
An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:
All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
