Shift Leader – Wayback Burgers
We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Shift Leader to help lead our team and keep the restaurant running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example, and providing great customer service, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Lead the team during your shift and ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver friendly, outstanding customer service
- Take orders, prepare food, and maintain quality standards
- Help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and food-safe
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Open and/or close the restaurant
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and eager to learn
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be 21 years or older
- ServSafe Manager Certification required. Applicants who are not currently certified must obtain the certification during the training period.
- Slip-resistant shoes required
- Burger or sandwich restaurant experience is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- $12.00-$14.00/hour base pay
- PLUS credit card tips (typically $2–$3/hour)
