As a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse associate you will be involved in managing the storage, packaging, and shipment of products on behalf of clients (e-commerce businesses, retailers, etc.). The general job duties are summarized by the outline below.
Job Duties:
· Accurately retrieve items from inventory and package them according to client specifications.
· Apply shipping and handling labels correctly.
· Double-check items, quantities, and packaging for accuracy.
· Use warehouse management software (ShipStation) to ship orders, inventory, and shipments.
· Perform regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
· Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
· Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily shipping goals.
· Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor systems as needed.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space.
· Follow safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and handling requirements.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or order fulfillment
· Familiarity with 3PL environments
· Experience using Warehouse Management Systems or inventory tracking software
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
· Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
