Description:
Operating our grinder/shredder. Breaking down trim plastic for recycling and regrind. Workspace cleaning.
Some assembly and shipping help in other departments as needed.
No experience necessary.
Looking to fill 2nd shifts, M-F, until 9 or 10p . And weekend 1st and 2nd Shifts, as early as 7am until 9 or 10pm.
Age requirement: 18 years old
Personality and Interest Profile - You may enjoy this role if you:
Enjoy organizing your own tasks and working on your own
Understand the needs of the audiophile customers and how a quality part is defined by them
Accountable for:
Breaking down plastic trim, operating plastic grinder, organizing by color. Cleaning, filtering and insuring that the output of our process is a quality part and within acceptable standards
Perform duties of packaging and shipping when required
Complete production notes as needed
Desired Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent
Previous manufacturing experience a plus
Attention to detail
Desire for continual learning and personal development
Mechanical aptitude
Physical Demands:
Practice and comply with all occupational safety standards
Ability to correctly wear/use personal protective equipment including long sleeves as required
Frequent lifting up to roughly 55-100 lb bins, boxes, containers
Frequent repetitious tasks with scoops and heavy tools
