We are seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for all aspects of running daily salon management when the Salon Manager is not present. These various responsibilities will include:
- Resolving Customer Challenges
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of salon
- Communicating and driving sales goals of staff
- Addressing Operational details as needed
- monitoring and managing team members to meet weekly and monthly sales goals
- Coaching, managing, and providing feedback related to management of staff
- Creating monthly front desk schedule
- Providing exceptional customer service

Additional responsibilities include:
- Weekly Inventory Counts
- Monitoring and communicating various sales metrics to front desk associates
- Assisting Salon Manager in providing consistent, premium experiences for all clientele.
- Onboarding and training newly hired front desk associates
- Leading the salon in package sales, and holding team accountable if goals are not met
Scheduled hours approx 35-40/weekly and do include nights and weekends at times.
