What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in finding the hottest Sport Cards, Pokémon, and collectibles.
- Process sales, returns, and handle transactions with accuracy & professionalism.
- Deter theft by maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
- Price, organize, and process merchandise to keep our inventory top-notch.
- Screen cards for grading & handle grading submissions with precision.
- Prepare shipments & manage outgoing packages.
- Fold boxes, manage trash removal, and uphold standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store to create a welcoming environment for customers.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
✔Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
✔Ability to work independently & as part of a dynamic team
✔ Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
✔ Basic computer skills for POS & inventory tracking
✔ Passion for Sports Cards, Pokémon, TCGs, & collectibles (preferred but not required!)
✔ Physical ability to lift boxes & stay on your feet throughout your shift
Must have the ability to work Evenings & Weekends!
