We are seeking a Legal Associate to become a part of our team! Our law firm is a broad-based transactional commercial real estate practice, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, financing and joint venture transactions. You will provide overall support to our attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of contracts and other legal documents
- Negotiate terms of business transaction for our client
- Provide legal assistance throughout the transaction, including pre-closing activities and the closing day itself
- Source new business to increase client base
