About the Job
Waxing The City Raleigh NC is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Director to lead our brand's growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that expand our market presence, increase revenue, and help us stand out in the beauty industry. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and feedback.
- Generate ideas for and organize promotional events and activities.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns for corporate promotions and new product launches.
- Produce compelling content for our online presence, including social media, blogs, and other publications.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities through ongoing research.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across projects.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with media, stakeholders, and potential clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with current marketing techniques, including online marketing, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and Google Ads.
- Experience in B2B marketing, social media, and event planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A professional certification (e.g., CIM) is a plus.
