Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will provide assistance to the branch administration in the areas of facility operations, filing, reporting, processing documentation, inventory analysis, processing customer returns and other various projects and administrative duties.
Essential Duties
- Safety Coordinator
- Backup to Router
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Schedule all receiving appointments for warehouse
- Responsible for all common carrier quotes, shipping and billings
- Assist with daily billing and invoicing.
- Assist with researching inventory discrepancies
- Maintain daily receiving and Driver carrier files
- Report receiving errors and purchase order discrepancies to Expeditors
- Assist with managing SLOB inventory
- Process all approval and billings for Amplex
- Assist with building related repairs and maintenance
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- AS400 (Aplus) System knowledge
- Certified forklift operator is a plus
- Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of the RF system
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excell
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Pay Range: $19.86 - $26.11
