Waxhaw Soccer has coaching opportunities in its US National Youth Academy soccer program. If you're looking for a competitive club in the greater Charlotte area that prides itself on its family feel and its reputable player development, Waxhaw is the perfect place for new and experienced coaches. We have several fall-spring coaching positions for the next year, but hiring takes place NOW. We'd also like you to visit our facilities and meet our coaches NOW.
Bigger clubs make "numbers decisions" and hire coaches to fill a role and field teams. The turnover is significant. Waxhaw Soccer Club is looking for coaches who have a passion for kids and use soccer to make an lasting impact. We want coaches that want to do more than just fill a spot. We want coaches who offer the kind of authenticity, insight, and enthusiasm that help us to offer the best soccer experience in the Charlotte area.
The individual we look for is someone who can build strong relationships with kids, parents, and fellow coaches alike. A USSF D license or Grassroots 7v7 or 9v9 or 11v11 certification is preferred for these age groups, but licenses are not required with the appropriate soccer background, competitive soccer pedigree, and/or coaching experience. Don't have a license? Let us pay for yours.
As an organization we are looking to support and help grow our staff into better coaches through guidance and collaboration. You will work closely with our directors on a day to day basis. Outstanding performers will be considered for greater roles within the club, based on the results and feedback from the community.
