What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and business services.
• Provide friendly, solution-oriented customer service.
• Learn printing services (signs, banners, etc.).
• Handle daily tasks like stocking, organizing, and mail sorting.
• Support store operations and grow into leadership responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service or retail experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic computer and equipment skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Notary Public (or willing to become one).
• Willing to complete background check.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Adobe design or Canva.

We are a small shipping store that offers a large variety of products and services, including greeting cards, gifts, mailbox services and more. We are your neighborhood business service center, offering many needed services under one roof.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Certified Notary Public or able to get one (Preferred)
