WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekends.
- 1 to 2 years of retail management experience, with direct employee supervision of 5 people.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Business and financial proficiency.
- Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
- Positive, personable, and detail oriented.
- A sales background is strongly preferred.
- Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organization skills.

- Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
- Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and nurturing a culture of excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop in-center associates.
- Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success.
- $20/hour in addition to biweekly commission and monthly bonus.
- Full-time / Temporary
- 40 hours/week, including one weekend day and changing shifts (AM and PM).
- Weekend availability.
- On-site.
