We’re looking for a Public Relations Strategist who is equal parts thinker and doer, someone who understands that great PR is not just about placements, but about positioning founders, shaping narratives, and creating meaningful momentum.
The Role
This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who can lead communications with clarity and confidence. You will own PR strategy development and execution across a portfolio of brands, acting as a trusted partner to founders and internal team members alike.

What You'll Do
Strategic PR & Storytelling
- Develop and execute tailored PR strategies that drive visibility, credibility, and growth
- Identify and shape compelling brand and founder narratives for media, partnerships, and thought leadership
- Translate business goals into clear communications plans and measurable outcomes
Media & Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and national media
- Lead proactive pitching across print, digital, broadcast, and emerging platforms
- Secure meaningful coverage, prioritizing relevance over volume
Founder Visibility & Thought Leadership
- Position founders as industry voices through profiles, contributed articles, speaking opportunities, and awards
- Identify white space in visibility and proactively bring ideas to the table
Client Partnership
- Serve as a day-to-day client lead, confident, responsive, and solutions-oriented
- Guide clients through PR strategy with clarity and calm authority
- Present ideas, results, and recommendations in a way that builds trust
Campaigns & Collaboration
- Support launches, events, partnerships, and brand moments with integrated PR strategy
- Collaborate with social and brand strategy teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of experience in public relations, agency experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of consumer brands, including hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle, wellness, or similar
- A strong writer and editor with a sharp eye for narrative
- Confident pitching media and building relationships that last
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple clients without losing the nuance of each brand
- Naturally strategic, you do not just execute, you think ahead
