What you’ll do
- Respond to warm leads from our marketing funnel and community partners—no cold‑call lists
- Craft personalized quotes, present coverage options, and close new business across auto, home, life, and commercial lines
- Deliver proactive service touchpoints that drive our 92 % renewal rate
- Track pipeline in our CRMs; collaborate with teammates on cross‑sell campaigns
- Represent the agency at chamber mixers & referral events (company‑paid)
What you bring
- CA P&C license (or ability to obtain within 45 days—agency pays costs)
- Life & Health license a plus
- 1 year in insurance or client‑facing sales/customer success
- Confident communicator—phone, email, and in‑person
- Organized multitasker who enjoys setting and hitting weekly goals
- Mandarin‑speaking strongly preferred (serves % of our client base)
- High‑school diploma required; bachelor’s or equivalent experience welcomed
Schedule & location
- Monday–Friday, 9 am–5:30 pm, on‑site at our Walnut office (team collaboration & walk‑in traffic)
- Occasional local events; no overnight travel
