customer inquiries, gather feedback, and

• Ensure smooth coordination between

ssociates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.

• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to

ssociates, driving productivity and performance.

• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Must

be 18 years old with reliable transportation

• Flexible availability

to work various shifts

including

weekends, and holidays,

to meet business needs

• Supervisory

xperience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus

• Ability to communicate effectively,

solve problems

Associates in this position have an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance what matters outside of work.

The hourly range for this position is $ $25.65 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location.  Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.

Salary : $31,000 - $53,000
