Job Description Job Title: Social Purpose Intern Location: Corporate Department: Legal Band: $17.00/hr *This internship begins on May 20, 2024 and runs until August 8, 2024. This role is a full time commitment (37.5 hour work week).* Job Summary: The Social Purpose intern will support and assist the Social Purpose Specialist in gathering, reviewing and developing materials to support the Company’s strategic Social Purpose pillars. Principal Duties: Assist with the development and preparation of various Social Purpose materials and presentations. Assist with research related to global and emerging trends related to Social Purpose. Assist with data gathering related to signature Social Purpose initiatives. Support the Social Purpose Specialist in gathering data for and validating Social Purpose metrics. Research opportunities for test/learn initiatives at the Company’s corporate headquarters. Perform such other activities and research as requested by the Social Purpose Specialist. Essential Functions: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills. Project and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven self-starter with ability to learn quickly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels and functions of the organization. Comfortable conducting research, analyzing findings and communicating results in a format that is easy for others to understand. Accepting Applications now through the end of February Basic Requirements: Minimum GPA of 3.0 or Higher Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university for the Spring 2024 semester – Fall 2025 semester Candidate must be available from May 20, 2024 – August 8, 2024 Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration or major in Business, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing, Communications, or any of the Social Sciences. Demonstrated interest in Social Purpose and/or ESG. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Rising Junior or Rising Senior with an anticipated graduation date of December 2024, Spring 2025, December 2025 or Spring 2026.
