What You'll Do
Pre-Production & Planning
- Conduct creative research into visual trends, competitor campaigns, and content inspiration to fuel innovative ideas
- Help source props, mark product received, organize props, create mood boards, and shadow producers through every stage of production—from planning to on-set execution
- Actively contribute in team meetings, production brainstorms, and collaborative creative sessions
On-Set & Shoot Support
- Assist producers and videographers during shoots by providing hands-on support and identifying issues in real time
- Collaborate closely with videographers, producers, and the creative team to ensure smooth, professional content production
Project Coordination & Management
- Support producers in tracking timelines, managing deadlines, recapping meetings, and compiling weekly reports
- Assist with studio setup, equipment organization, shipment tracking, and production schedule management
Talent & Resource Management
- Help build and maintain a database of on-camera talent, including influencers, models, and creators
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a NYC-based program (Film, Media Studies, Communications, Photography, or related field)
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, proactive problem-solver who can juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Accountable and reliable, with strong follow-through on commitments
- Active communicator who engages with the team and keeps everyone informed
- Passionate about video production, storytelling, and creative content
- Curious and collaborative, with the ability to work across teams and functional groups
- Comfortable taking initiative and contributing ideas to creative projects
- Familiar with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation: Unpaid internship with NYC MetroCard monthly pass meal stipend
