As a Barista at Wavy’s, you’ll play a key role in delivering our promise of real hospitality and quality. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries with precision and care. - Providing outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and guest-driven environment. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure consistency and quality. - Working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while staying focused on the details. - Collaborating with team members to uphold Wavy’s standards for hospitality and food preparation.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings enthusiasm, skill, and a guest-first mindset to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (barista or food service experience preferred). - A passion for coffee, breakfast, and hospitality. - The ability to work year-round and provide your own transportation. - A strong sense of teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to cleanliness. - A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
