At WAVV we build the power dialer and texting tools that thousands of sales teams use every day inside their CRM. We're a small team that moves fast and we have a few seats open! What you build here ships quickly and really gets used (and loved).
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers, watch how they work, and find what's slowing them down
- Turn real user problems into shipped features, start to finish
- Use AI tools to move fast without cutting corners on quality
- Own your work end to end, and stick around to see if it actually helped
- Collaborate closely with product, leadership, and other builders
Qualifications
- A track record of building things, at work or on your own time
- Strong instincts for what users actually need vs. what's just noise
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to ship faster
- Clear communicator who gives feedback kindly and takes it gracefully
- Bias toward action: you don't stop at "someone should fix this," you go fix it
