Content Communications Associate

• Communications Associate (entry level)
• Onsite 5 days per week.
• Have flexibility of start times anytime between 6am and 730am.
• Tend to work 9 hours days to have every other Friday off. Negotiable to have 8 hours every day
  

The Communications Associate position assists with content development across channels. This could include graphic design, writing and visual communication counsel/support for the development and execution of effective plans to communicate with co-workers, customers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

· Assist with implementation of strategic communication plans that help to achieve company goals and objectives.
· Assist with content development across multiple channels to build understanding of the company's position and identify story opportunities for internal and external audiences.
· Assist with storm or crisis communications as needed, to communicate with Ameren's customers, co-workers, media and other key stakeholders.
· Performs routine tasks or facilitates processes in support of team projects.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
· One or more years of professional communications experience preferred. Internship experience will be considered
