What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional at Waves, Inc. you will be an essential part of our mission. You will:
- Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with unique abilities, helping them with daily living tasks, personal development, and community engagement.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where each individual's voice is heard and respected.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Support individuals in reaching their goals, whether they involve education, employment, or community integration.
- Promote independence, self-determination, and social inclusion for the individuals we serve.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of those under your care.
This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid Tennessee Drivers license. Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. This is not a remote position.
