What You'll Be Doing

• Develop Your Leadership Skills: Support the Site Manager, help lead the team, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create welcoming customer experiences and help resolve concerns professionally.
• Learn Daily Operations: Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, and overall site operations.
• Drive Membership Sales: Promote our Wash Club memberships, engage customers, communicate membership value, and help the team achieve sales goals.
• Support Team Development: Lead by example, encourage accountability, and help team members improve their performance.
• Maintain Site Standards: Follow company policies and help ensure the facility remains clean, safe, organized, and operating efficiently.

• An interest in sales, leadership, and developing a career in management.
• A flexible schedule, including availability to work some weekends.
• Willingness to travel between any of our five Upstate South Carolina locations.
• The ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

No previous management experience required! We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, motivation, and potential. We'll provide the training and hands-on experience to help you develop into a successful leader.
