Position Summary
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive census growth and maintain strong community relationships. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional with experience in healthcare marketing and a proven ability to build partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase admissions and maintain census goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community organizations.
- Coordinate and attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and online presence.
- Track and analyze referral sources and marketing metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in healthcare or senior living industry.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of local healthcare market and referral sources.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
