What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server - Full-Time position at Waverly Heights?
Waverly Heights is currently seeking a full-time Server to join our team. Our Servers play a vital role in in our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, while creating a warm and welcoming environment to all members of our community. Daily responsibilities include:
- providing prompt and efficient service during mealtimes
- engaging with residents in a friendly and respectful manner
- creating a sense of community through meaningful interactions
- taking guest orders and ensuring accuracy of food and beverages being served
- ensuring each guests' dining experience is tailored to their preferences and individual needs
- assisting in organizing and catering special events, parties, and functions within the community
- serving as hosts during special functions, fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
- addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- assisting in clearing and cleaning tables promptly and resetting for next meal service
- working closely with kitchen staff, food service managers, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination in delivering exceptional service.
Our full-time Servers are scheduled up to 40 hours per week and includes working every other weekend. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
