Retail Customer Service Representative
The ideal candidate will be available 9:45am - 6:00 pm and have:
At least two years of verifiable customer service and sales experience in a boutique, gift shop, or similar retail environment Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales skills and the ability to engage customers and assist with product selection
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn retail software
- A dependable and detail-oriented approach to work
- The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Assist customers with questions, product selection, and purchases
- Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to stand for moderate periods of time.
- Ability to carry merchandise safely up and down stairs
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
