Role Description
The Senior Customer Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s services, and assisting clients with their financial planning and account needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO, requiring effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
