Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Jupiter, FL. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and evaluating digital marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and increase engagement. Daily tasks include overseeing social media marketing activities, managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, leading lead generation efforts, analyzing web traffic and digital performance metrics, and optimizing digital strategies to meet marketing goals. The role also involves working closely with content creators, producers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all digital platforms. Familiarity with video editing, graphic design, photo/video production, and AI-assisted content workflows is a strong plus and will be put to use in a production-driven creative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including setup, optimization, budget management, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation and Marketing strategy development
- Strong skills in Web Analytics (GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads reporting, or equivalent) and the ability to translate metrics into action
- Experience managing digital campaigns end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational abilities
Bonus Qualifications
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent)
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva)
- On-set or production-adjacent experience with video and photo shoots
