  • Develop, optimize, validate, and improve analytical methods and testing parameters.
  • Design and execute method validation protocols and other laboratory studies.
  • Ensure laboratory activities, project work, and production support are performed in accordance with applicable quality requirements.
  • Maintain compliant laboratory documentation and ensure experimental findings, interpretations, conclusions, and recommended next steps are clearly documented.
  • Author and review SOPs, analytical methods, protocols, technical reports, and other controlled documentation.
  • Ensure analytical instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and qualified to minimize downtime and support time-sensitive testing.
  • Utilize instrumentation software and data systems for advanced data analysis, diagnostics, validation, and reporting.

  • Serve as a technical lead for assigned projects and laboratory initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with scientists, production personnel, project management, and other technical teams.
  • Prepare tables, figures, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate analytical results and technical conclusions.
  • Present technical results and observations during internal and customer-facing project discussions.
  • Support project planning activities including timelines, forecasting, priorities, and identification of potential project risks.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory while contributing to continuous improvement of laboratory safety practices.
