What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Operations Manager position at Wave Woven?
We're looking for a fashion obsessed, creative and detail oriented ROCK STAR to join a fast growing personal styling brand in Boston.
This is a part time contractor position with growth opportunity to move into a 30-40 hr/week career.
Must haves -
- Have a solid understanding of fashion and retail
- Great eye for capturing content
- Love of social media and keeping up with instagram trends
- Drive to pursue new business development, retail or brand collaborations
- Ability to wear many hats as no two days are the same
The Job Details -
- Content Creation and Social Media - develop concepts for connecting with our target consumer and growing reach on social platforms. Shoot and capture content both on-site with clients and at scheduled content days. Use Canva, Edits and/or CapCut to help develop high quality assets that align with a luxury brand image.
- ShopMy/Affiliate Marketing Management - keep the ShopMy platform consistently updated with the latest brands and categories our audience craves. Integrate this into IG and other social platforms to drive growth.
- Brand/Retail Partnership/Collaboration Ideas - Keep up with trends, emerging brands and retailers that align with the W W brand for potential cross collaboration. Work to handle any incoming collaboration requests and build local relationships to extend our work.
- Styling Support - Attend client facing closet edits, styling sessions, add images of clothing to client portal, handle shopping returns and manage back end organization of our client tech platform.
Who is a fit -
- You have a deep love and appreciation for fashion
- Know how to capture & create aesthetic imagery and videos on iphone
- Self starter who can come to the table with their own ideas to execute on
- Proactive with client outreach and project management
- Someone who can foresee needs of a growing company and can multitask
- Must live in greater Boston with access to a vehicle (hybrid position)
