Details:Associate: AMFT or APCC.Licensed: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW.Job type:Friday, Saturday and Sunday ONLY.Part- time- a minimum of 15 clients per week. You can see more if you choose.Wave Therapy provides individual, couple, teen, child and family therapy.Referrals are provided to you.Salary:$40 - $70 per insurance client.Associate 50-50 split for cash client.Licensed 70-30 split for cash client.Benefits:Benefits Package possible with 20 hours.Healthcare.401K.Vacation.Team Support.Education.About the job:We currently have 8 locations, 2 Carlsbad, Mission Valley, 2 Vista, Laguna Hills, Rancho Bernardo and Virtual.Create your own schedule.You will have your own furnished office.No need to find your own clients, we have 5 intake coordinators who will provide you with as many clients as you would like.We contract with a company to do our billing. (you do not have to do any billing at all, it is all handled for you).We provide you with an easy-to-use electronic health records program.We provide clinical support, supervision, collaboration and education.We provide you with supervision, training and a mentorship program to help as you get started with your practice.We encourage you to find your niche and to service the population you enjoy working with and offer supervision and education to support your growth.We welcome Associates or newly licensed or seasoned Therapists.Responsibilities:Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.Scheduling your own clients and inputting the necessary information and documentation.Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms and other case records. (electronic, simple, fast and easy to use).Attend weekly consultation groups/staff meetings.Requirements:Associate or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.Experience in private practice is preferred but not required.If you have the clinical skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice setting.Compassion, communication skills and the desire to work as a member of a team.Attendance at paid weekly staff meetings with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education and training.Check out our website at www.wavetherapist.com to learn more about the vision of Wave Therapy, Mark Brewer, the owner, and to meet our team of therapists.
